- State IPM Report Card Survey (.doc). This 2012 survey is a follow-up to the 2008 State IPM Report Card survey and was distributed to state-lead agents that were knowledgeable about the status of IPM programs in their state. A brief summary of the report card results appeared in the September School IPM 2015 Newsletter.
- Coalitions Survey (.doc). Developed under a US EPA PRIA 2 grant, the Coalition Survey was meant to gather year one and year two metrics for regional and statewide school IPM coalitions. Schools will initially complete this survey as a training exercise at quarterly coalition meetings, and will then use it as a follow-up tool to gauge annual progress of their IPM program.
- School District Survey (.doc). A nationwide survey intended to gauge mid-term progress toward the School IPM 2015 goal. The national school IPM working group and the IPM Institute will be leading efforts to distribute the School District survey in the majority states fall of 2012. We plan on partnering with the Department of Education to get responses from 40% of the school districts in each state.
